Refund policy

Bon Bini Tee wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds, however, if you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right!

 When you make a purchase with Bon Bini Tee, you are agreeing to our Return Policy.

 

Exchanges/Replacements

Size Exchanges - 30 Day Policy

We will gladly exchange one item per order for a different size of that item within 30 days of receipt. We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we will pay for shipping the new size back to you!

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags. Items that show signs of being worn or washed, or are dirty, will not be accepted for exchange. 

Items which are accepted for exchange must be postmarked before the 30-day period ends. Because we do not cover the return shipping, it is not recommended to ship from a FedEx or UPS store as they are much more expensive. 

After 30 days, unfortunately, we can no longer process an exchange. 

PROCESS FOR A SIZE EXCHANGE

1. Please send us an email to request a size exchange. Send your email to: bonbinitee@gmail.com
2. We will reply via email with instructions and the address for you to mail the original size back to us.
3. You, the customer, will pay to ship the wrong size to us, but we will ship the correct size back to you at no charge!


Damaged/Defective Item Replacement - 7 Day Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and send us an email within 7 days if the item is defective or damaged. We may request a photo of the damaged or defective item.

Once a replacement is approved, we will then send you the replacement at absolutely no cost to you!

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it, first contact USPS to see if they can find it. It is also a good practice to check with your neighbors as well.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to help remedy the situation.
